Mr Trust Dube
Mr T. Dube is the Kusile RDC Finance Director. Under the supervision of Mr T. Dube is expenditure accounting, revenue accounting, debtors management, and creditors management.
Department core functions
The key functions are but not limited to;
- 1.budgeting and budgetary control,
- 2.income and expenditure control,
- 3.management of accounting and financial reporting,and
- 4.cash flow management, investments and risk management.
Responsibilities
- 1.Responsible for prudent management of Council’s financial affairs.
- 2.Providing professional advice to Council on all financial matters.
- 3.Responsible for designing and implementing sound financial accounting systems.
- 4.Recommending sound and feasible financial resources mobilization strategies.
- 5.Coordinating the preparation and implementation of Council’s Budget.
- 6.Maintaining up-to-date books of accounts.
- 7.Timely preparation & presentation of year-end financial statements for annual audit.
- 8.Appraising, supervising and offering professional advice to subordinates.
- 9.Liaising and working in hand with other HoDs for the betterment of Council’s operations.
- 10.Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.
