Miss Hazel Mzungwana
Miss Hazel Mzungwana is the planner for Kusile RDC. Under her supervision are development plans within the Council's jurisdiction, border line control, and control of settlements.

Functions explained
The estates section is concerned about layout plans. This is where plans concerning the layout of stands are drawn and also approved.
In forward planning, the master plan, local plans, subject plans, traffic and transportation services are offered.
The development control section is responsible for guiding development, processing applications, subdivision, and consolidation.
